Quess Corp and Xavier School of Management (XLRI) have collaborated to upskill the next generation of recruiters.
The Executive Certificate Program in Recruitment and Selection is curated for professionals and aspirants in the field of HR, talent acquisition, staffing, hiring and recruitment.
The program aims to establish a professional standard for recruiters, equipping them with skills to enhance their workplace effectiveness and creating a pipeline of qualified talent to meet the burgeoning demand for this critical role. All graduates holding a degree in any discipline from a recognized institution, with two years of work experience, are eligible for the program. The certification will be issued by XLRI, Jamshedpur.
The course will be online and scheduled as weekend classes, with a total of 150 hours covered across 25 weeks. The sessions will be delivered as live virtual lectures using the Direct to Device (D2D) platform facilitated by Quess. The pedagogy comprises of experiential exercises, case studies, interactive sessions, quizzes, presentations, project work, and class exercises along with end-term examinations and class participation evaluations by the XLRI faculty. This will help the participants gain hands-on skills and learning that can be immediately applied at the workplace.
